Water tower in Morocco

Water shortages are becoming increasingly acute in Morocco, which is facing water stress. The situation is all the more acute in the remote villages of the Moroccan Atlas. Villagers sometimes have to walk several kilometres to reach a fountain or well to get their water. A water tower can provide water for thousands of people. Break Solidaire is committed to building a water tower in one of the poorest regions of Morocco, which has been affected by the earthquakes, i.e. in the High Atlas near Taloudennt, Amizmiz and Moulay Ibrahim. The area is currently being identified by our partners in the field. The cost of building such a project is estimated at €15,000.
