Break Solidaire helps people in need in several ways:

1. Urgent food need: If the person has debts and does not have the means to feed himself, the association provides him with the shopping allowing him to eat his fill for a month or more in order to offer him the opportunity to focus on his problems and take back control of his life

2. One-time food requirement: If the person manages to feed himself but in an irregular way because he is in financial difficulty, the association allows him to benefit from meals for €1 thanks to a beneficiary card to be presented to the partners participating in the "zero waste" operation

1. Need to pay off debts to bounce back: if the person has debts of a "vital" nature (unpaid rent, electricity, water, etc.), the association sets up actions for him to allow him to pay his debts and have a new start (NB: debts relating to consumer loans are not covered by the association)

2. Need support to find a job: If the person needs to be accompanied for administrative files, a job search or anything to improve their situation, the association sets up a system to take care of them

The people who benefit from this aid must justify the precariousness of their situation. To do this, the association requests a list of supporting documents based on the beneficiary's request. The association never gives money to the beneficiary. He is supported in terms of food, clothing and when he is in debt for his rent or electricity, the association puts together the necessary files to pay directly to the organization to which he owes money.
